Project Description
Rose Leaf Senior Care is an Assisted Living Community. The residents enjoy being with visitors who have good listening skills. They also enjoy music. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11:30. Please contact the Project Leader for more information.

Project Leader Notes
Here Goes................................Project Plan Roseleaf Sr. Care - 16 residents + Cook, & 4 staff Songbird House - 3-5 residents + 3 staff 1. Three volunteers arrive at Roseleaf Care by 9:30 a.m. to cut cheesecakes/refrigerate, sort out prepared nametags for Roseleaf & set aside three nametags for Songbird; align refreshments cups & utensils out of the way for serving later. 2. 9:45-9:55 a.m. volunteers will mingle to get acquainted & place nametags on residents + volunteers. Secondly, setup craft drink cups & deco pkts to be attached to individual cups. 3. 10 a.m. Volunteers assist residents with decorating their own personal drink cup for the day, adding small individual "name stickers". Clear tables leaving drink cups set-up for refreshments. Assist all residents to sofa or chairs for joining our sing-a-long & listening to the musicians. 4. 10:10-10:15a.m. As time allows Leader will have everyone join a sing-a-long. and listen to visiting musicians. (During singing two volunteers will serve the cheesecake & assist residents with utensils & drinks at the small cafe tables. 5. 10:30---10:40 a.m. Residents will have their refreshments at tables and volunteers will talk with people individually at each table until we have spent some time with each resident. 6. 11:30 a.m. Leader and one other volunteer will prepare three cheesecake plates and take to the Songbird House to people staying in their own rooms. 7. 11:50 Volunteers will clear tables & trash then bid their goodbyes to all the residents at Roseleaf & Songbird House. 8. 12:30 - 1:00 P.M. Meet at the City Plaza to buy lunch from vendors, or bring brown bag lunch & Drink! Worship Event 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. NEEDED SUPPLIES: Paper plates, plastic Utensils, napkins 3 Costco Cheesecakes @12.99 1 Fruit Pie@ 8.99 CD Player - Boon Box, Music CD 4 Pages Avery labels, 10 on each page, 2 " x 4 " 28 Plain Paper drink Cups for Crafts Peel-off sticky deco items in girls/boys packets
